John Scribner was born and raised in Portland, Maine. He went to college to study political science. Upon realizing that he hated political science, he decided to study theatre instead. He currently works retail for money, and runs an improv troupe out of love. He is watching through all the movies ever nominated for an Academy Award for Best Picture, Actor, Actress, Supporting Actor and Supporting Actress, in reverse chronological order. He loves David Mamet, revenge tragedies, and Gilbert & Sullivan. He hates Alejandro González Iñárritu, musician biopics, and Gilbert & Sullivan. He doesn’t love but doesn’t hate HIGH FIDELITY.
